Programme Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

When you book a cooking programme through our website, you are making an offer to purchase that service. We reserve the right to accept or decline your booking.

Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 14 days before programme start: Full refund
• 7-14 days before programme start: 50% refund or transfer to another session
• Less than 7 days before programme start: No refund, but transfer to another session may be available (subject to availability)
• No-show without notice: No refund or transfer

We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to another session.

User Responsibilities

During Programmes

When participating in our cooking programmes, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by instructors
• Disclose any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may be relevant
• Treat instructors, staff, and other participants with respect
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings
• Not attend if you are unwell or experiencing symptoms of contagious illness

Health and Safety

Cooking involves inherent risks including heat, sharp objects, and potential allergens. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety guidance provided.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Stellar Bot and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

Recipe materials provided during programmes are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer

The materials on Stellar Bot's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Stellar Bot makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Photography and Recording

We may take photographs or videos during our programmes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us at the start of the session.

Food Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure food safety, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will never occur. If you have severe allergies, please discuss this with us before booking.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Behaves in a disruptive or disrespectful manner
• Fails to follow safety instructions
• Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Engages in any form of harassment or discrimination

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Changes to Terms

Stellar Bot may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
