Opening Hours

Our teaching space operates according to the following schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 9:30pm (class times vary)
• Saturday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Please note that the space is not open for drop-ins. All sessions are by booking only. If you'd like to visit before committing to a programme, email us to arrange a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We accommodate all dietary requirements and allergies. Just let us know when you book, and we'll adapt the curriculum accordingly. We've successfully taught vegetarians, vegans, and people with coeliac disease, among others.

Do I need to bring anything?

Everything is provided—ingredients, equipment, and aprons. Just bring yourself and an appetite to learn. If you have favourite knives, you're welcome to bring them, but it's not required.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 14 days notice for full refunds. Within 14 days, we can transfer your booking to another session or issue a 50% refund. No-shows without notice are non-refundable.

Can I buy a programme as a gift?

Absolutely. Email us and we'll arrange a gift certificate. The recipient can choose their preferred dates when they're ready to book.

Do you offer corporate team building?

Yes. We've run sessions for teams ranging from 6 to 24 people. Email us with your requirements and we'll create something bespoke.

I'm a complete beginner—will I be out of my depth?

Not at all. Many of our students have never cooked beyond boiling pasta. We start from actual foundations and build up systematically. No one is ever made to feel inadequate.
